The terms for using Pixel Orchard, including credits, refunds and content rules

Pixel Orchard ("we", "us") is run by an independent developer. You can reach us at support@pixelorchard.app. By using the website or buying credits you agree to these Terms.
Pixel Orchard is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI, Google or ByteDance. Model names such as GPT Image 2.6, Nano Banana and Seedream belong to their owners and are used only to say which model makes an image.
Images are made by models run by those third parties. We do not control how a model works, and its output can be wrong, unexpected or unavailable.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably think is being abused.
Each image costs credits. The cost depends on the model, the quality and the aspect ratio, and is shown before you generate. Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription. Credits from a pack do not expire. Free credits given to a new account expire after 30 days.
Payments are processed by Waffo. We do not see or store your card number.
If a model fails to make an image, or the model's provider refuses the request, the credits for that image are returned to your balance.
You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, if none of its credits have been used. Credits that have been used are not refunded. To ask, email support@pixelorchard.app from the address on your account.
If a payment is refunded or disputed through your bank or Waffo, we take back the credits that came with it. Your balance can become negative as a result. You cannot generate images while your balance is negative.
You may not use Pixel Orchard to make:
We check prompts against a list of blocked terms, and the model providers apply their own checks. Requests that are blocked or refused are recorded. If one account triggers these checks repeatedly, we may pause its ability to generate and review the account. When a model provider refuses a request, we show a message and return the credits.
Images you generate are private to your account. We keep them until you delete them from your History page or delete your account. As between you and us, you may use the images you generate, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the model providers. We do not promise that an image is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use it.
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will always be available. Features, models and prices can change. Free use is limited and can be paused for the day when the limit is reached.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not let us limit.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
