Pixel Orchard is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google or ByteDance.

What we collectCopy Anchor Link

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
• Prompts and images. The text you type and the images generated from it.
• Usage and abuse-prevention data. Which model and quality you used, credits spent, timestamps, your IP address, browser details, and the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile check, used to limit abuse and enforce free-use limits.
• Content checks. Prompts that are blocked or refused are recorded, up to 200 characters of each.
• Payment data. Which pack you bought, the amount, the status and the payment reference. Waffo handles your card details. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Messages. What you send us by email.

Why we use itCopy Anchor Link

To sign you in, make the images you ask for, charge and return credits, take payments and refunds, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We use your data to run the service, not to sell it.

Who receives itCopy Anchor Link

We use these providers to run the service:

• OpenAI, Google or ByteDance, depending on the model you choose, receive your prompt through fal.ai so that the image can be made;
• Google, for sign-in;
• Waffo, for payments;
• Cloudflare, for hosting, image storage, email forwarding and the Turnstile check;
• Neon, for our database.

Our database and image storage are hosted mainly in the United States. Some of these providers are outside your country.

How long we keep itCopy Anchor Link

Your images stay private to your account and are kept until you delete them from the History page or delete your account. When you delete one image, its file is removed, but the record of that generation, including the prompt, stays with your credit history until you delete your account.

Rate-limit records that contain your IP address are deleted after about one day. Your account data, sign-in records, credit history, payment records in our system and records of blocked requests are kept while your account is open.

When you delete your account, we delete your images and all of those records. Waffo keeps its own payment records, under its own policy, for accounting, refunds and disputes.

You can delete your images from the History page, and you can delete your account in Settings, under Security. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@pixelorchard.app. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
